Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has announced the recruitment of 52 Project Engineer roles. Interested candidates can submit their applications online via the official BEL website. The last date to apply for these positions is November 20, 2025.

Salary Structure

Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary starting at ₹40,000 in the first year, increasing to ₹45,000 in the second year, ₹50,000 in the third year, and ₹55,000 in the fourth year. Additional benefits will also be provided.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must be under 32 years of age. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories: SC and ST candidates receive a five-year extension, OBC candidates get three years, and candidates with disabilities are allowed a ten-year extension.

Candidates should possess a BE, B.Tech, or BSc degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Computer Science from a recognized institution in India.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on a written test followed by an interview. General, OBC, and EWS candidates must score at least 35% in both the written exam and interview, while SC, ST, and disabled candidates need a minimum of 30%.

Application Fee

The application fee is ₹472. However, SC, ST, and disabled candidates are exempt from this fee. It is crucial to pay the application fee, as failure to do so will lead to application rejection.
