Eligibility Criteria

Who Can Apply?

Candidates applying for the Trainee Engineer-I role must possess a B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering degree (4-year course) in Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering. For the Trainee Officer-I position, an MBA (Finance) degree is required.

Age Limit and Reservation Policies

Age Limit:

Applicants should not be older than 28 years as of January 1, 2026. Age relaxations apply for reserved categories: 31 years for OBC, 33 years for SC/ST, and an additional 10 years for candidates with disabilities (40% or more disability) beyond the standard limits for their respective categories.

Salary and Benefits

Compensation:

Selected candidates for the Trainee Engineer-I and Trainee Officer-I roles will receive a consolidated monthly salary ranging from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 40,000, depending on the position and qualifications. Additionally, all trainees will receive a 10% field allowance and an annual allowance of Rs. 12,000 for insurance, uniforms, and other benefits.
