Chief Manager – Full-Stack Engineering Qualifications
**Age Limit:** Candidates must be aged between 28 and 40 years.
**Educational Qualification:** A B.E./B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics & Communication is required.

**Other Qualification:** A 3-year full-time MCA or an M.Sc. in Computer Science/IT is also acceptable. Candidates must hold at least one certification related to Java, React JS, Node JS, MERN Stack, or Python.

**Preferred Certifications:** Candidates with AWS Certified Developer Associate, Microsoft Azure Developer Associate, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or SAFe Agilist certifications will be given preference.

**Work Experience:** A minimum of 8 years in the IT/BFSI sector is required, along with at least 5 years in managing large-scale digital and banking platforms.

**API Experience:** Candidates should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and managing APIs.

**Other Experience:** Experience in transitioning systems from vendors, IT Service Management, and cloud computing platforms is essential.

Chief Manager - Digital Platforms Qualifications
**Age Limit:** Candidates must be aged between 28 and 40 years.
**Educational Qualification:** A B.E./B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics & Communication is required.

**Other Qualifications:** A 3-year full-time MCA or an M.Sc. in Computer Science/IT is also acceptable.

**Mandatory Certification:** Candidates must hold at least one of the following: Certified Product Manager, SAFe Agilist, PRINCE2 Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect.

**Work Experience:** A minimum of 8 years in the IT/BFSI sector is required, with at least 5 years in digital banking and digital products.

**Other Experience:** Candidates should have experience in UPI, IMPS, CBDC, mobile banking, internet banking, digital strategy, digital applications, and fintech operations.

Chief Manager – Supply Chain, Trade Finance Technology Qualifications
**Age Limit:** Candidates must be aged between 28 and 40 years.
**Educational Qualification:** A B.E./B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics & Communication is required.

**Other Qualifications:** A 3-year full-time MCA or an M.Sc. in Computer Science/IT is also acceptable.
