The Bank of India has issued a notification for the recruitment of 400 apprentices, presenting a valuable opportunity for youth seeking apprenticeship training at the institution. The application window opens today, December 25th, and will remain open until January 10, 2026.
Age Requirements
Candidates' ages will be assessed as of December 1, 2025. The minimum age is set at 20 years, while the maximum age is capped at 28 years. Eligible candidates will benefit from age relaxations: SC and ST candidates will receive a five-year extension, OBC candidates a three-year extension, and PwD (Persons with Disabilities) candidates a ten-year extension.
Educational Criteria
To qualify for the apprenticeship, applicants must hold a graduate degree from a recognized institution in India and fulfill other specified eligibility requirements.
Selection Methodology
The selection process will involve a written examination followed by a local language assessment. The written test will feature 100 multiple-choice questions, totaling 100 marks, covering topics such as General and Financial Awareness, English, Quantitative and Reasoning Aptitude, and Computer Knowledge. Candidates will have 90 minutes to complete the exam. Those who pass the written test will then take the local language test.
Monthly Stipend
Apprentices selected for the program will receive a monthly stipend of ₹13,000.
