Azim Premji University in Bengaluru has announced the opening of admissions for its Postgraduate Diploma in Development Leadership.

Programme Overview

This 11-month part-time diploma is tailored for individuals passionate about the social sector, aiming to enhance their understanding of development frameworks, civil society dynamics, and organizational cultures. The curriculum equips future development leaders with essential insights to effectively manage inclusive teams and organizations. Participants can maintain their current employment while pursuing this program, which combines on-campus and online learning over three terms.

Target Audience

The program is intended for mid to senior-level professionals with at least eight years of experience in the development sector, particularly those in or aspiring to leadership roles within NGOs, social movements, and grassroots organizations.
