Graduate Apprentice 145 B.Com / BBA / Graduation with Economics for Accounts; Any Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 50% marks for Secretarial Assistant & HR Executive (5% relaxation for SC/ST/PwBD). Basic English and computer knowledge required.
Technician Apprentice 105 3-Year Engineering Diploma in Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD) from a recognized Board / Institute.
Trade Apprentice (Plant / Lab Trades) 60 B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (minimum 50% marks). Chemistry as major subject for AOCP/LACP and Physics as major subject for IMCP.
Trade Apprentice (10+2 Trades) 16 Passed Class 12th examination under 10+2 system with Science stream (minimum 50% aggregate marks) from a recognized Board.

Selection Process & Training



  • Selection will be based on a merit list created from the marks obtained in the qualifying examination. There will be no written test or interview.


  • Passing Year Condition: The final qualifying examination must be completed on or after 01/07/2023.


  • Food & Medical Facilities: RCF Ltd. offers breakfast, tea, and a vegetarian lunch thali during training days. OPD medical services are available at RCF Hospital for trainees.


  • Uniform and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided by RCF Ltd. as per company policy. No hostel or transportation services are available.

  • Candidates for Trade Apprenticeship must register on NAPS (apprenticeshipindia.gov.in), while Graduate or Technician Apprentices should register on NATS (nats.education.gov.in).

  • Click 'I Accept' and choose 'Apply Online'.


  • Select your preferred unit ('Trombay or Thal') from the drop-down menu (only one discipline can be applied for).
