AIIMS Guwahati Recruitment: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Guwahati has initiated a recruitment drive for the year 2026, seeking candidates for the roles of Senior Resident (Non-Academic) and Senior Demonstrator. A total of 129 positions are available under this recruitment initiative. Interested applicants can submit their applications online until June 15, 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates with an MD, MS, DNB, or an equivalent postgraduate medical qualification are eligible to apply. For non-medical roles, those with an M.Sc. or Ph.D. are also welcome to apply.


Eligibility Breakdown:


1. **Medical Candidates:** Must hold an MD/MS/DNB or equivalent postgraduate medical degree in the relevant field from a recognized institution, adhering to the Residency Scheme rules.


2. **Dental Candidates:** Should possess an MDS degree in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from a recognized university; all Residency Scheme rules apply.


3. **Non-Medical Candidates:** Must have M.Sc. or Ph.D. degrees in subjects like Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Pharmacology.

Age Limit and Application Fee

The maximum age limit for applicants is set at 45 years as of the last date for submitting applications.


Application Fee Structure:


1. General (UR) and OBC candidates: ₹1,000 plus transaction charges (non-refundable).


2. SC, ST, and EWS candidates: ₹500 plus transaction charges.

Selection Process

Selection Methodology:
