AFCAT 2026 Registration Details



The Indian Air Force (IAF) has initiated the online registration for the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) starting from November 17. This is an opportunity for candidates seeking a government position within the IAF, with a total of 340 vacancies available. Interested individuals can submit their applications online via the official website, afcat.edcil.co.in, until December 14, 2025.


Age Requirements

Age Limit


Applicants for the Flying Branch must be between 20 and 24 years old. For those applying for Ground Duty (both Technical and Non-Technical roles), the age range is 20 to 26 years.


Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria for Applying


Candidates should have completed Class 12 with at least 50% marks in Mathematics and Physics. Additionally, a BE or B.Tech degree with a minimum of 60% marks is required.


Salary Structure

Salary:


Selected candidates will receive a stipend of ₹56,100 during their training phase. Post-training, the stipend will range from ₹56,100 to ₹1,77,500.
