It is estimated that around 671 million people in the world are obese and the shocking thing is that over 50% of them live in 10 countries! Obesity is considered a great risk to health by WHO as it invites major health problems like diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and cancer. First seen as a problem in developed countries, it has now reached in low and middle-income countries.
