NTA Exam Calendar 2027 Overview

Important Update for Candidates: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has made significant revisions to the exam schedule for various entrance tests, including the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2027 and CUET PG 2027. This updated calendar now includes exam dates from December 2026 through April 2027. However, the schedule for NEET UG 2027 has not yet been announced. The revised calendar also incorporates the dates for JEE Main 2027 (Session 2).

Revised Exam Dates

Changes to JEE Main 2027 (Session 1)
The JEE Main 2027 (Session 1) is now set to begin on January 20, 2027. Previously, it was scheduled for January 22-24 and January 28-30, with January 31 as a reserve day. The new dates for this session are January 20-24 and January 28.

UGC NET December 2026 Rescheduled
The UGC NET December 2026 exam will now take place from December 14 to 18, with December 21 as an additional date. This is a change from the earlier schedule of December 14-19.

CSIR UGC NET December Adjustments
The CSIR UGC NET December 2026 will now be conducted over three days: December 19, 20, and 27, instead of the previously planned two days.

CUET PG 2027 Dates Announced
The CUET PG 2027 is now scheduled to start on March 2, 2027, and will run until March 31, with several examination dates in between. The previous schedule had proposed different dates.

JEE Main 2027 Session 2 Schedule Released
The NTA has also confirmed that JEE Main 2027 Session 2 will occur from April 2 to April 7, 2027. Additional schedules for other exams like the Army Cadet College and SHRESHTA (NETS) have also been published.
