Upcoming Training Program at BRA Bihar University on National Apprenticeship
Training Program Details
A training session under the National Apprenticeship and Training Scheme (NATS) is scheduled for September 24th at BRA Bihar University. This event will see participation from one representative from each of the affiliated colleges, including BRABU, LNMU, and Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University.
The training will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., featuring experts from the Board of Practical Training, Government of India, who will share their insights.
The workshop aims to inform attendees about the activities conducted by the Apprenticeship Training Providers (ATPOs) and will delve into the implementation strategies of the National Apprenticeship and Training Scheme.
Five notable ATPOs will showcase their initiatives, emphasizing the remarkable contributions and successes of colleges that have previously engaged with NATS. Additionally, discussions will cover the All India Survey on Higher Education (AHI) and the SAMARTH initiative.
Nodal officers from AISHE and Samarth representing LNMU and Kameshwar Singh Sanskrit University, Darbhanga, will also be in attendance. The Bihar State Higher Education Council has communicated with the registrars of all three universities regarding this event.
Upcoming Seminar in PG Psychology Department
In a related event, a meeting was convened in the University Psychology Department on Friday, chaired by Professor Rajneesh Kumar Gupta. Dr. Marta Milani, a distinguished psychology scholar from the University of Verona, Italy, is expected to arrive on Monday.
Dr. Tulika Singh, the organizing secretary, mentioned that Dr. Milani will spend six days in Bihar, delivering lectures at various colleges in the district and at Nalanda Open University. The meeting was also attended by Professors Abha Rani Sinha, Dr. Vikas Kumar, and Dr. Sunita Kumari.
