SSC Introduces Feedback Module to Enhance Candidate Experience During CGLE 2025
Introduction of Feedback Module
SSC Update: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has implemented a new feedback module on its official website, allowing candidates to voice their suggestions and concerns directly. Officials announced on Thursday that they are actively addressing the feedback received. The Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE) 2025 commenced on September 12 and is set to run until September 26, with reports indicating smooth conduct across the nation, despite some technical issues at certain centers.
Exam Participation and Conduct
According to SSC representatives, over 2.8 million candidates have registered for the examination. The test is being administered in three shifts daily across 227 centers in 129 cities. So far, 526,194 candidates have successfully completed their exams without significant problems. An SSC official stated, "The examination process is proceeding smoothly at the majority of centers, allowing candidates to take their exams without interruptions."
Enhancing the Exam Experience
Feedback Module Launch:
A statement from the Personnel Ministry highlighted, "To enhance the exam experience further, the Commission has recently introduced the 'Feedback Module' on its official website. This feature enables candidates to communicate their suggestions and concerns directly to the Commission."
Rescheduling for Fairness
Exam Dates Adjusted for Candidates:
In a move to ensure fairness, the SSC has rescheduled exam dates for around 1,100 candidates who requested exemptions due to conflicts with other competitive exams or valid reasons. Additionally, the Commission has issued notices regarding incidents of malpractice that occurred on September 10 and September 17, reaffirming its dedication to transparency and fairness in the examination process.
Significance of CGLE
The CGLE is one of the largest competitive exams in India, attracting thousands of youth each year for recruitment into various Group B and C positions within government departments. "With the introduction of new feedback systems and accountability measures, SSC's recent initiatives are viewed as a significant step towards improving transparency, accountability, and creating a candidate-friendly recruitment process," the statement concluded.
