The admit cards will be available four days before the exam, and Aadhaar-based authentication will be required at the exam centers. RRB Group D Exam Schedule



New Exam Dates: The Railway Recruitment Board has officially set the dates for the RRB Group D Recruitment Exam CBT-1. The examination is scheduled to take place from November 27, 2025, to January 16, 2026. Candidates can expect the details regarding their exam city and date to be published on November 19.


Additionally, the board will provide SC and ST Traveling Authorization along with the exam city information.


Admit Card Release: The admit cards for the RRB Group D Recruitment Exam will be available four days prior to the exam date. For instance, if the exam is on November 27, the admit cards will be issued on November 23 or 24. It is important to note that the exam was initially set to start on November 17 but was postponed due to a pending court case, which was resolved last week.


Aadhaar Card Requirement:
Candidates must complete Aadhaar-based verification at the exam center. Therefore, it is essential for candidates to bring either their original Aadhaar card or a printed version of their e-verified Aadhaar card.

The RRB Group D recruitment will cover various positions within the Railways, including: Assistant (S&T), Assistant (Workshop), Assistant Carriage and Wagon, Assistant Loco Shed Diesel and Electrical, Assistant Operation (Electrical), Assistant P-Way, Assistant TL & SC Workshop, Assistant TL & AC, Assistant Track Machine, Assistant TRD, Pointsman B, and Track Maintainer-IV.
