Eligibility Criteria

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible for AIBE 20, candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

Educational Qualification: A Bachelor of Laws (3-year LLB or 5-year LLB) from a university recognized by the Bar Council of India.

Age Limit: There is no age limit for appearing in the AIBE.

Enrollment Certificate: Candidates must possess a valid enrollment certificate and must pass the AIBE within two years of enrolling with any State Bar Council.

Importance of Passing AIBE
