How Candidates Will Be Chosen
The selection will involve a written test followed by an interview. The written exam will feature 120 multiple-choice questions, with a total of 480 marks available. Topics will include position-related subjects, general knowledge, awareness, mental ability, and reasoning. Each correct answer will earn four marks, while one mark will be deducted for incorrect answers. Successful candidates will then participate in a 60-minute interview.
