PSEB Announces Board Exam Schedule for 10th and 12th Grades in 2027

The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has announced the schedule for the 2027 board examinations for 10th and 12th grades. The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has initiated preparations for the 10th and 12th-grade board examinations scheduled for 2027. The board has released specific deadlines for regular students to submit their examination forms and fees. The board exams for both grades are set to take place in February and March 2027.


According to the board's guidelines, schools and institutions can access examination-related information and instructions using their login IDs. It is the responsibility of the schools to ensure that students complete their form submissions and fee payments.


Important Dates for Form Submission

Deadline for Form Submission Without Late Fee


As per the schedule released by PSEB, students can fill out their online examination forms and pay the fees without incurring any late charges until October 23, 2026. After this date, late fees will apply.


The deadlines for submitting forms with late fees are as follows:



  • ₹500 late fee: Until October 31, 2026

  • ₹1000 late fee: Until November 10, 2026

  • ₹1500 late fee: Until November 18, 2026

  • ₹2000 late fee: Until November 26, 2026


The board has also set different dates for fee payments through challan and bank transactions. Schools must complete the entire process within the specified time frames.


Examination Fees for 10th and 12th Grades

PSEB has established the examination fees for the 2027 board exams. Students in the 10th grade will need to pay ₹2000, while those in the 12th grade will be required to pay ₹2450. Students opting for additional subjects will incur an extra fee of ₹550 for each subject. The prescribed examination fees include charges for both hard copies and digital copies.

The board has made it clear that the responsibility for ensuring that students correctly fill out their examination forms and submit fees on time lies with the respective schools and educational institutions. School administrators must ensure that all eligible students complete their examination formalities within the stipulated time.


Failure to adhere to deadlines or negligence in the process will hold the school administrators accountable. The board may take action against recognized institutions under its rules and affiliation regulations.

Government schools are also required to comply with the board's deadlines. If any government school fails to complete the necessary examination processes on time, the matter may be reported to the director of the relevant primary or secondary education department.


Consequently, actions may be taken against the respective principal or head teacher as per applicable regulations. Schools are advised to ensure that the process of submitting examination forms and fees is completed by the specified dates.
