MCC NEET UG Round 2 Counselling Registration Details
Registration for Round 2: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has updated the timeline for the NEET UG 2025 Round 2 Counselling. Registration will commence on September 4, 2025, and will conclude on September 9, 2025. Candidates can register and pay their fees by visiting the official MCC website.
Seat Matrix and Choice Filling Process
Verification and Choice Filling: The provisional seat matrix will be confirmed by participating institutes on September 3. Following this, candidates can fill and lock their choices from September 5 to September 9, 2025. It is essential to finalize and lock the selected options by September 9.
Eligibility for Round 2 Counselling
Who Can Participate: Only candidates who did not receive a seat in the first round are eligible for Round 2. Additionally, those who wish to upgrade their current seat to a preferred college can also participate.
Seat Allotment and Important Dates
Allotment Results: The processing of seat allotment will take place on September 10 and 11, with results announced on September 12, 2025. Candidates who are allotted seats must complete their document verification and admission procedures at the designated institute between September 13 and 19, 2025.
The MCC has also outlined the schedule for state quota counselling, which will occur from September 10 to 19, 2025.
Required Documents for NEET UG Counselling
Essential Documents: Candidates must prepare the following documents for the NEET UG counselling:
- NEET UG scorecard
- Exam admit card
- Class 10 mark sheet and certificate
- Class 12 mark sheet and certificate
- Identity proof (Aadhaar card, PAN card, driving license, or passport)
- 8 passport-sized photographs
- Provisional allotment letter
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- Disability certificate (if applicable)
It is crucial to upload clear and original copies of these documents. Candidates found with fake or incomplete documents will be disqualified from the counselling process.
