This decision follows the revelation that 1,232 MBBS seats were left unfilled under the All India Quota (AIQ). After publishing the list of available seats, the MCC has granted candidates extra time to choose their preferred college and course.

New Deadline for College and Course Selection
Candidates can now finalize and lock their choices for medical colleges and courses until 11:55 PM on November 13, 2025. This process will be conducted online through the MCC's official website.
