New Delhi: The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) has officially announced the counseling schedule for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET SS 2026). Candidates can view the schedule on the official portal at mcc.nic.in. Those who score above the cutoff in the examination are eligible to participate in the counseling process, which is conducted for admission into super specialty courses.


Registration Opens on March 10

According to the announced schedule, registration commenced on March 10 and candidates can submit their applications until March 15, 2026. After completing the registration process, candidates can submit and lock their preferred courses and colleges through the MCC portal. The seat allocation list will be prepared based on the options filled by the candidates and their NEET SS scores. Candidates who are allocated seats in the first phase must report to the assigned college within the specified timeframe to complete admission formalities and document verification.


Important Information to Note

The official notice on the website states, 'Each candidate can submit the NEET-SS counseling application form only once. If a candidate is found to have submitted multiple applications/registration forms for NEET-SS counseling, they will be disqualified from the NEET-SS counseling allocation process, and their candidature will be canceled. Further action deemed appropriate by the Directorate General of Health Services (GHS), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), will be taken.'
