GATE 2026 Registration Deadline Approaches


The Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, is set to close the registration for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2026 today, October 13, for those applying with a late fee. Interested candidates can submit their applications through the official portal at gate2026.iitg.ac.in.


The GATE 2026 examination is expected to take place from February 7 to 15, 2026, with results being announced on March 19, 2025. The GATE score will be valid for three years following the result announcement.


Eligibility for GATE 2026 includes students currently in their third year or higher of any undergraduate program, as well as those who have completed a government-recognized degree in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Science, Commerce, Arts, or Humanities.
