JKPSC Combined Competitive Exam 2024: Last Date for Preliminary Application Extended

The Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) has released a notification for the Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Exam 2024. Interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply online within the specified dates.

Application Fee:

• For General Category: Rs. 1200/-
• For Reserved Category: Rs. 700/-
• For PHC Candidates: NIL
• Payment Mode: Through Online

Important Dates:

• Starting Date to Apply Online & Payment of Fee: 01-08-2024
• Closing Date to Apply Online & Payment of Fee: 31-08-2024
• Dates to Edit Online Application Form: 01-09-2024 to 03-09-2024
• Date of Preliminary Examination: 10-11-2024 (Sunday)

Age Limit (as on 01-01-2024):

• OM Category: 32 Years (Born between 01-01-1992 and 01-01-2003)
• Reserved Category & In-Service Candidates: 34 Years (Born between 01-01-1990 and 01-01-2003)
• Physically Challenged Candidates: 35 Years (Born between 01-01-1989 and 01-01-2003)
• Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized university.

Physical Standards:

• Male Candidates:
  • Height: 165 cm
  • Chest girth (min)/ Expansion: 84 cm / 5 cm
• Female Candidates:
  • Height: 150 cm
  • Chest girth (min)/ Expansion: 79 cm / 5 cm
