The Jharkhand Board has provided a comprehensive timetable for the compartment exams. The Class 10 exams will occur from August 7 to August 12, 2026, while the Class 12 exams will be held from August 7 to August 14. These assessments are intended for students who were unable to pass in one or two subjects during the main examination.

**Pen-and-Paper Format for Exams**

As per the board's announcement, all examinations will be conducted in a pen-and-paper format. The first shift is scheduled from 9:45 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by the second shift from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM. Different subjects will be examined on various days, so students should verify the specific dates for their subjects ahead of time.

**Detailed Subject Schedule**

On August 7, exams for Class 10 Commerce, Home Science, and Regional Languages will take place, alongside Class 12 Sociology and Psychology. The following day, August 8, will feature exams for Hindi, Science, Geography, History, and English/Hindi Core. Subjects such as Sanskrit, Social Science, Mathematics, English, Computer Science, Biology, and Business Studies will be assessed on August 10, 11, and 12. For Intermediate students, exams in Physics, Accountancy, Philosophy, Vocational subjects, and Music are scheduled for August 13 and 14.
