Haryana Board Releases 2026 Exam Schedule for Class 10 and 12

Haryana Board Exam Dates Announced


The Haryana Board of School Education has officially released the timetable for the annual examinations for both Class 10 and Class 12. This announcement brings relief to countless students who have been eagerly awaiting the exam schedule.


The timetable clearly outlines the dates and times for each subject, allowing students to finalize their preparations. With the release of the HBSE date sheet for 2026, students now have a valuable opportunity to organize their study plans effectively.


Details from the Board

According to the date sheet issued by the board, the Class 12 (Senior Secondary) examinations will commence on February 25, 2026, and conclude on April 1, 2026. Meanwhile, the Class 10 (Secondary) exams will start on February 26, 2026, and wrap up by March 20, 2026. These exams will be conducted in offline mode at designated centers across the state. Most subject exams are scheduled to take place from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM. The board has advised students to carefully review the official timetable for subject codes, exam timings, and other instructions to avoid any mistakes.


Exam Dates Breakdown

For Class 10, the exams will kick off with Mathematics on February 26. This will be followed by Hindi on February 28, English on March 5, Sanskrit or Urdu on March 7, Science on March 12, and Social Science on March 16. The schedule will conclude with Punjabi or IT-ITES on March 18 and NSQF vocational subjects on March 20. The board has structured this schedule to ensure that students have ample time to prepare for each subject.


In terms of Class 12 examinations, they will begin with Core English or Elective English. Following this, exams for Political Science, Physics, Economics, Physical Education, History, Biology, Chemistry, Accountancy, Mathematics, and other subjects will be conducted in a phased manner. The final exam will take place on April 1, 2026, covering NSQF subjects and Sanskrit Grammar Part-2.
