Qualifications Required

What are the qualifications?

The qualifications differ based on the position within the educational and healthcare sectors. For principals, a PG degree along with a B.Ed. is necessary. Postgraduate Teachers (PGT) must possess a PG degree and a B.Ed. in their subject area. Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) need a bachelor's degree and a B.Ed. in the relevant subject. Additionally, a B.Sc. nursing degree is essential for female staff nurses.

Other roles require a bachelor's degree in any field for hostel wardens, a commerce degree for accountants, and a minimum of a 12th-grade pass for junior secretarial assistants. To qualify as a lab attendant, candidates must have completed at least 10th grade and hold a diploma in lab technology or have passed 12th grade with a science subject.
