Commencement of Admission Process

The undergraduate admission process for the academic year 2026-27 at Delhi University (DU) is now open. A significant number of students from various parts of the country are submitting their applications. However, many applicants are encountering challenges with the online application system, course selection, and college preferences. To assist with these issues, the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) Delhi has introduced helpline numbers aimed at supporting students throughout the admission process.

Support for Application and Counseling

ABVP highlights that numerous students from rural and remote areas aspire to study at Delhi University each year. Unfortunately, many face hurdles due to limited technical skills, which complicates tasks like completing application forms, choosing courses, and understanding the counseling process. To address these challenges, a dedicated helpline team has been established.

24/7 Volunteer Assistance

Sarthak Sharma, the State Secretary of ABVP, emphasized the organization's commitment to ensuring that no deserving student misses out on admission due to a lack of information. He confirmed that volunteers will be available around the clock to provide assistance. Students can reach out to the helpline numbers: 9999977990, 9084206032, 7052014490, 7310902683, and 6202523798 for any admission-related inquiries.

Admission Criteria Based on CUET Scores

Delhi University has launched the first phase of registration on the CSAS (UG) 2026 portal for the upcoming academic session. As in previous years, admissions to all undergraduate programs will be determined exclusively by CUET UG 2026 scores. Applicants must pay a registration fee during the application process and later indicate their college and course preferences.

Programs Offered Across 67 Colleges

The university has announced that admissions for 73 undergraduate programs, including over 100 BA programs across 67 colleges, will rely on CUET UG 2026 scores. Candidates can apply through the CSAS portal using their CUET application number. The university advises students to submit their applications promptly and to thoroughly review all provided guidelines.
