CUET PG 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced an important update regarding the CUET PG 2026 application process. The deadline for submitting applications has been extended to January 23, 2026. If you have not yet registered, please visit the NTA website to complete your application.


Reason for Extension

The NTA's decision to prolong the application period was influenced by numerous requests from students and parents nationwide who faced technical difficulties or other challenges preventing them from applying on time.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the CUET PG examination, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree. Additionally, students in their final semester or year of their Bachelor's program are also eligible to apply.

Applicants must upload a scanned photograph, a scanned signature, and any necessary certificates during the application process.


Examination Format

CUET PG 2026 Examination Details:


The CUET PG 2026 exam will be held in three shifts, with each candidate allotted 90 minutes to complete the test. The examination covers 157 subjects and will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode across 292 cities in India and 16 international locations.


Application Fees

Fee Structure:



  • General category: ₹1400 for two papers; ₹700 for each additional paper.

  • OBC-NCL and EWS categories: ₹1200 for two papers; ₹600 for each additional paper.

  • SC, ST, and Third Gender candidates: ₹1100 for two papers; ₹600 for each additional paper.

  • International candidates: ₹7000 for two papers; ₹3500 for each additional paper.
