New Delhi: A significant update has emerged for candidates preparing for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET). The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is set to release the admit card for the February 2026 CTET examination soon. This admit card will be accessible exclusively on the official website ctet.nic.in. The admit card is a crucial document required before the exam, containing essential details such as the candidate's name, roll number, exam center, exam timing, and important instructions. Without it, candidates will not be permitted to enter the examination hall.

Prior to the main admit card, CBSE had issued a pre-admit card to inform candidates about their examination city. Once the final admit card is released, candidates will receive precise information regarding their exam center and shift.

When Will the CTET February 2026 Exam Take Place?

The 21st edition of the CTET is scheduled for February 7 and 8, 2026. This examination will be conducted across 140 cities nationwide. The test will span two days, with two shifts each day.
