Eligibility Criteria for CLAT 2027

Who can take the CLAT exam?
The CLAT exam is available for both LLB and LLM programs. Here are the eligibility requirements:



  • LLB: Candidates must have completed Class 12 with a minimum of 45% marks. For SC, ST, and differently-abled candidates, the requirement is at least 40% marks.


  • LLM: General, OBC, and NRI candidates must have achieved at least 50% in their LLB degree. SC, ST, and differently-abled candidates need a minimum of 45%. Final-year LLB students can also apply.
