In an effort to assist students in preparing for their examinations, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to unveil the exam timetable for Class 10 and Class 12 shortly. Historically, CBSE is the first educational board in India to announce its exam schedule, and based on previous trends, the date sheet for 2027 is anticipated to be released next week.

Previous Year’s Timetable Release

Last year, the tentative timetable was made public on September 24, followed by the official schedule on October 30, which was about 110 days before the exams began. The early release of the timetable aims to provide students ample time for preparation, thereby reducing anxiety and enhancing their performance.

Exam Schedule Details

The board examinations for both classes are set to start in February. The Class 10 exams will run through March, while the Class 12 exams will continue into April.

Exam Timing Information

According to the timetable from CBSE, all exams will be held in a single shift. The standard timing for the exams is from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM, although some subjects will have a different timing, running from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
