What Is CSIR-UGC NET?

CSIR and UGC both are two different departments under government of India. CSIR and UGC conduct their exams. These exams was being conducted for science stream only but latter departments started the exams for all the streams.

CSIR: 

Council of Scientific and Industrial Research is the department who initiated the research fellowship scheme to give the opportunity to talented young students in the field of scientific research.

And after that with this passion, CISR started a National Level competitive exam that was named: National Eligibility Test (Net) to present the better opportunity in front of emerging researchers in the form of Junior research fellowship scheme.
