Selection Process Details
- Stage 1 : Shortlisting through UP PET-2025 – Candidates will be shortlisted for the Mains Examination based on their normalized PET-2025 score (15 times category-wise vacancies). Candidates with zero or negative marks are not eligible.
- Stage 2 : Mains Written Examination – Objective multiple-choice question paper testing general knowledge, subject ability, reasoning, and Hindi comprehension. Negative marking of 1/4th mark applies for every incorrect response.
- Stage 3 : Physical Measurement Test (PMT) & Physical Efficiency Test (PET) – Qualifying test verifying height, chest, and physical fitness activities (such as running, long jump, ball throw, etc.).
- Stage 4 : Document Verification – Scrutiny of original Class 10th and graduation degrees, DPED/BPED certificates, sports/experience credentials, and caste/domicile documents.

- Step 1 : Visit the official website of UPSSSC at upsssc.gov.in.
- Step 2 : Under the “Live Advertisement” segment on the homepage, click on “Apply Online” for Advertisement No. 23-Exam/2026.
- Step 3 : Log in using your PET-2025 Registration Number through OTP authentication sent to your registered mobile number or email ID.
- Step 4 : Check your auto-filled personal details, photograph, and signature populated directly from your PET-2025 database.
- Step 5 : Select the post(s) you wish to apply for, fill in your graduation and DPED/BPED qualification details, and confirm compliance with physical measurement standards.
- Step 6 : Pay the online processing charge of Rs. 25/- through Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, or UPI gateway.
- Step 7 : Review all details and submit the application on or before 06 November 2026, then print a copy of the final submitted form for future reference.
- Step 8 : In case of any errors, use the form correction window open until 13 November 2026.
