SSC JE 2023: Deadline to file objections against answer key is today

SSC JE 2023: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) released the final answer key for the Junior Engineer (JE) Tier 1 examination on October 13. Candidates had the opportunity to raise objections on the answer key from October 13 to October 15. The commission will now close the window for objections on the answer key.

Candidates had the opportunity to raise objections on the answer key from October 13 to October 15. The commission will now close the window for objections on the answer key. Candidates who appeared for the examination can visit the official website of the commission, ssc.nic.in, to raise objections against the answer key.

Pay for the Challenge To challenge the final answer key, students will have to pay a fee of Rs. 100 per question. The examination authority will review the challenges and if any changes are found, the final answer key will be released. Based on the final answer key, the SSC JE result 2023 will be announced.

Negative Marking Scheme The SSC JE Tier 1 examination for Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering was conducted from October 9 to October 11. Paper 1 was conducted for a total of 200 marks for three subjects. SSC has modified the SSC JE Paper 1 marking scheme, according to which 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

The examination was conducted in two shifts. The first shift was held from 10 am to 12 pm, and the second shift was held from 2 pm to 4 pm.
