SLAT 2025: Eligibility Criteria

  • General Category: Minimum 45% marks in Class 12 or equivalent.
  • SC/ST Category: Minimum 40% marks in Class 12 or equivalent.
  • Candidates who have appeared for their Class 12 final exams and are awaiting results can also apply.

SLAT 2025: Steps to Register

  1. Visit the Official Website

  2. New Registration

    • Click on the “New Registration” button.
  3. Enter Details

    • Provide basic information, academic details, mobile number, and email address.
  4. Pay Registration Fee

    • Complete the registration by paying the SLAT registration fee.
  5. Log In

    • Use the SLAT ID and password sent via SMS and email to log in.
  6. Fill Application Form

    • Complete the application form.
  7. Institute Fee

    • Pay the institute fee for the Symbiosis Law School you are applying to.
  8. Save Confirmation

    • Take a screenshot or printout of the confirmation for future reference.

SLAT 2025: Exam Pattern

  • Mode: Computer-based online test.
  • Sections: Logical Reasoning, Legal Reasoning, Analytic Reasoning, Reading Comprehension, General Knowledge.
  • Format: Multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
  • Total Marks: 60.
  • Marks per Question: 1 mark.
  • Duration: 1 hour.
  • Negative Marking: None.

Weightage for Admission:

  • Entrance Exam Marks: 70%
  • Personal Interview: 30%
