Seven parameters of NAAC were discussed in this seven day workshop. In the first part lectures were given by the subject experts and in the second part, the questions of the participants were answered and they helped them to understand all the parameters related to NAAC in a better way. A ‘Catch of the Day’ online competition was also organized during the workshop. Every day the first ten participants in this competition were declared Star Performer of the Day.

On the first day of the workshop, Vice President of the group, Manish Rajouria, while welcoming the guests, gave information about various achievements of the college. He said that in order to meet all the parameters of NAAC, one has to understand it first. Presenting the theme of the National Workshop, the Principal of the group, Dr. Charanjit Kaur, highlighted the usefulness and importance of the theme of the workshop in the present times. The chief guest in the workshop, Dr. HS Tripathi, retired registrar of Barkatullah University, in his inaugural address, highlighted the usefulness and importance of the theme of the workshop. On this occasion, Advisor, NAAC Bangalore Prof. Amiya Kumar Rath explained Criteria One and Two in detail.

In the second part of the workshop, Prof. Swarnangini Sinha (Coordinator, IQAC) presented the theme of the workshop. In the technical session, Prof. Sinha invited videos related to higher education to showcase the uniqueness of the participants. Dr. Anjali Choudhary (Director, IQAC) was the moderator of the second technical session. He made the keynote speaker Prof. Leena Govind Gahane, Deputy Consultant, NAAC, Bangalore. In his lecture, Dr. Gahane thoroughly explained to the participants about NAAC Criteria-3 i.e. Research, Innovation and Extension. Along with this, he also told how to work in the field of research, innovation, entrepreneurship in the time of this epidemic. Introducing the theme of the workshop, Dr. Preeti Chandurkar (Moderator) introduced the keynote speaker Dr. Ruchi Tripathi, Assistant Consultant, NAAC Bangalore. In his lecture, Dr. Ruchi Tripathi explained the DVV process in detail by discussing the SOP of Criteria-4.

On the last day of the program Dr. Suparna Ghosh (Moderator) introduced the theme and resource person of the workshop. Dr. Vinita Sahoo, Assistant Consultant, NAAC, Bangalore, while delivering a lecture on Criteria-7 i.e. Institutional Values ​​and Best Practices, explained how students can be provided a better environment through the valuable policies of the institution. In the second part of the workshop, Dr. Sahu answered questions related to Criteria-7. This was followed by the announcement of the winners of the Criteria-6 competition Catch of the Day. More than 15 participants from different colleges of the country participated in the workshop. On this occasion Vice President Charanjit Kaur, Director Manish Raj, Professor Pradeep Jain, Principal of Career Nursing College, Soni Toppo, IQAC Director Dr. Anjali Choudhary, Coordinator Swaran Singh and all the members and faculty of IQAC were present.
