Position Qualifications
Assistant Manager (General)



  • Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma (minimum two years) in any field or


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law/Engineering from a recognized institution or


  • Chartered Accountant/Chartered Financial Analyst/Company Secretary/Cost Accountant.


  • Equivalent to a Master’s Degree as recognized by the Association of Indian Universities.
Assistant Manager (Legal)



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized institution.


  • Two years of post-qualification experience as an Advocate is desirable.
Assistant Manager (IT)



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field with a post-graduate qualification in computer science/computer application/information technology.
Research



  • Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Economics/Commerce/Business Administration or related fields.


  • Recognized equivalent to a Master’s Degree in that discipline.
Official Language



  • Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the Bachelor’s level or


  • Master’s Degree in English/Sanskrit/Economics/Commerce with Hindi as a subject at Bachelor’s level.
Assistant Manager (Electrical Engineering)



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.


  • Desirable Experience: Knowledge of electronic systems and experience in project management.
Assistant Manager (Civil Engineering)



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.


  • Experience in project management and structural design is desirable.
