School Education Department’s transfer policy released, will be able to apply till this date
The School Education Department of Madhya Pradesh has released the transfer policy. Under which transfer orders will be issued through the education portal. This step of the government will bring transparency in the system. Let us inform that the information about the current status of sanctioned, vacant and filled posts on the education portal can be seen on the login portal of the District Education Officer.
The application will have to be made by this date,
let us tell you that the employees desirous of getting the transfer will have to apply to the DEO by July 18 at their own expense. The portal will be locked on July 31. At the same time, the posts of schools, excellent schools and model schools operated under CM Rise scheme will be blocked. No posting will be done through transfer in these schools. If the posts of these schools in any district are transferred, then they will automatically be considered void.
Let us inform that the Shivraj government had announced the opening of 9200 CM Rise Schools in the state. The purpose of opening these schools is to impart knowledge, skills and values of citizenship in the children as well as to educate the Indian culture and rites. CM Rise Schools will be opened in the state at the level of district, block, cluster and village. These schools will be opened every 15 kilometers at the district level.
The minister in charge will be able to approve the transfer in the district from July 25 to July 31 at 12 midnight and after that the order of transfer will also be issued through the portal itself. Along with this, orders related to joining / relieving of teachers will also be issued on the portal itself. On Monday, Deputy Secretary, School Education Department, Pramod Singh issued orders regarding the transfer policy.
If an order is issued for a vacant post in a school/office both at the district and state government level, then in that case the order of the state government will be considered effective and the order issued at the district level will automatically become void.
In fact, there were a lot of complaints about sending applications to politicians and officials to get the desired transfer. In such a situation, the government decided to make the transfer policy online to bring transparency in the system.
