  • Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.

  • Final Year/Semester Students: Eligible to apply provisionally. If called for interview, they must produce passing proof on or before 30.09.2026.

  • Candidates possessing qualifications such as Engineering, Medical, CA, or Cost Accountant are also eligible.

Selection Procedure & Detailed Examination Scheme



  • Phase-I: Preliminary Exam (100 Marks | 1 Hour): Online objective test consisting of English Language (40 Q), Quantitative Aptitude (30 Q), and Reasoning Ability (30 Q) with a separate timing of 20 minutes per section. There are no sectional cut-offs.

  • Phase-II: Main Exam (230 Marks | 3 Hours 30 Mins): Consists of an Objective Test (200 Marks) covering Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis, General/Banking Awareness, English, followed by a Descriptive computer-typed paper (30 Marks) on Communication Skills. Sectional cut-offs apply.

  • Phase-III: Group Exercise & Personal Interview (50 Marks): Comprises a mandatory Psychometric personality profiling test, Group Exercises (20 Marks), and a Personal Interview (30 Marks).

  • Penalty for Wrong Answers: A deduction fraction of **1/4th of the marks** assigned to that question applies for each incorrect choice locked in both Phase-I and Phase-II objective tests. Unattempted questions carry zero penalty.
