  1. Download the Application Form (Annexure-A) and all necessary Annexures (B, C, D & E) from the official website.
  2. Complete all sections in CAPITAL LETTERS. Incomplete forms will be rejected.
  3. Attach a recent color passport-sized photograph (self-attested) and include two identical photos in a separate envelope.
  4. Include self-attested copies of: 10th Marksheet, NTC Certificate (NCVT only), Caste Certificate (if applicable), Employment Exchange Card, and IPO/DD of Rs. 100/- (exempt for SC/ST/PH/Women).
  5. Place your Left Hand Thumb Impression on the application form.
  6. Complete and sign the Checklist (Annexure-F) — mandatory, or the application will be rejected.
  7. Submit the sealed application in the Drop Box at Personnel Dept, RWF, Yelahanka, Bangalore-560064 OR send it via Registered Post Only to: The Senior Personnel Officer-II, Personnel Department, Rail Wheel Factory, Yelahanka, Bangalore – 560 064

  • Selection will be based on merit.
  • Tie-breaking — Preference will be given to older candidates; if DOB is the same, the candidate who completed 10th earlier will be prioritized.
