A video circulating on social media captured a heated argument between two teachers and the headmistress, which quickly turned into a physical altercation. The incident unfolded over a disagreement about closing the windows in the school.

In the video, the teachers can be seen exchanging blows while the students watched in shock. The situation escalated as one of the teachers struck the headmistress. The altercation spilled out of the classroom and continued in the field outside, where the teachers relentlessly attacked the headmistress, using sticks, slippers, and resorting to hair-pulling and punches.

The headmistress involved in the incident was identified as Kanti Kumari, and one of the teachers was named Anita Kumari. It was reported by NDTV that the fight was triggered by an argument between the two.

Reacting to the incident, block education officer Navesh Kumar expressed concern and stated that the altercation stemmed from personal enmity between the teachers. He confirmed that both teachers have been asked to provide clarification about their involvement. Once the investigation is completed, appropriate actions will be taken against them.

This unfortunate event has gained significant attention on social media, with the video going viral and sparking outrage among viewers. The incident serves as a reminder of the importance of maintaining a safe and respectful environment within educational institutions.
