Sanskrit will be taught from class one to strengthen the foundation of children

To strengthen the initial foundation of the children, Sanskrit will be taught from class one onwards. In this, children will be given the initial knowledge of the subject along with the vocabulary of Sanskrit. Apart from this, according to the changed syllabus for the new session by the Department of Basic Education, children will also be made to study Vedic Mathematics in class four and five.

With the help of Vedic Mathematics, students will get support in competitive examinations

This decision of the department will strengthen the foundation of students regarding Sanskrit language, which will prove fruitful for them in future. At the same time, with the help of Vedic Mathematics, students will get a lot of support in competitive examinations. Yogesh Kumar, the district coordinator of training, said that till now the study of Sanskrit of children used to start from class three through a book called Vartika. But, now to promoteSanskrit language, efforts will be made to increase the interest of children in it from the very beginning.
