The ban on one-time transfer of employees in the state will continue: CM

Raipur. The ban on one-time transfer of employees in the state will continue. Before leaving for Nagpur, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, in a discussion with reporters at Swami Vivekananda Airport on Wednesday, said that employees are being transferred through coordination. It will not be appropriate to transfer on a large scale because of Corona.

In fact, after the release of the transfer policy in Madhya Pradesh, the media had questioned the Chief Minister about the transfer in the state.

The last transfer policy of Chhattisgarh came in the year 2019. In this, the transfer of third and fourth class employees was being done by the collector with the approval of the minister in charge of the district. Due to Corona, the Finance Department had proposed to ban extensive transfers only last year. Employees unions were demanding transfer policy this year. There was discussion at the administrative level that transfer of employees at their own expense could be approved. Many workers’ organizations were also willing to support the proposal. After the announcement of the Chief Minister, now this speculation has also come to a halt.
