MSBSHSE HSC Results Likely by May 31, SSC in June

The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) is anticipated to declare the results for class 12th in 2023 on May 31. According to local reports, the Maharashtra Board might release the results for the class 10th board examinations in the first week of June. However, the official confirmation regarding the dates for the Maharashtra board class 10th and 12th results in 2023 is still pending. Typically, the Maharashtra board releases the results between June and July based on previous trends.

Once announced, students who have appeared for the Maharashtra Board exams can check their results on the official websites— mahahsscboard.in or mahresult.nic.in. This year, the Maharashtra HSC exams were conducted from February 21 to March 21. During the exams, an error was identified in the English paper of the Maharashtra board, and as a resolution, the board will be awarding 6 marks to all students who attempted the questions containing errors.

As stated in the official notice, students falling under three categories will be allotted 2 marks each for a total of 6 marks. The categories include those who mentioned 'poetry section 2' in their answer sheets, those who solved any other question from the same section, and those who only wrote the numbers of the questions (A3, A4, and A5) that had errors. In 2022, the Maharashtra board achieved a pass percentage of 96.94% for class 10 exams. Out of the 15.68 lakh students who appeared for the SSC examination, 15.21 lakh students successfully cleared the exams. In the HSC exams of 2022, 14,39,731 students appeared for the exam, with 13,56,604 students passing, resulting in a pass percentage of 94.22%.
