In Bihar, the education department issued this order for the officials regarding the teacher planning process

In Bihar, all officers and staff involved in the planning process of the education department regarding teacher planning process will have to give a declaration that they do not have any real-time candidates in the selection process. The education department has issued this order on Friday in compliance with the 2018 Lokayukta order. 

The Principal Secretary of the Education Department, Sanjay Kumar, has said in his order that all the presidents, members and individuals participating in the planning process will have to provide a declaration to the effect that they do not have any family candidates in the selection process.

 The Principal Secretary has said in his order that following the hearing of Arun Kumar Verma vs District Education Officer, Aurangabad, in compliance with the order passed by the Lokayukta on 28 August 2018, it is directed that under no circumstances should a person be the chairman or member of the selection committee Will and will not do any work in which the matter of his kinsman is to be considered. 

The Principal Secretary has said to the Secretary of the Education Department, all the Directors, all the Regional Education Deputy Directors (RDDEs), all the District Education Officers (DEOs), all the District Program Officers (DPOs), all the Program Officers (POs), all the Principals and Principals. Make strict compliance with this instruction and ensure compliance with your subordinates.
