Overview – The Indian Institute of Information Technology, Nagpur (IIITN) has issued a notification for Walk-In Interviews (Advt. No. IIITN/ADMIN/APPRENTICE/2025-26/02, Dt. 26-02-2026) to recruit Graduate and Technician Apprentices for the fiscal year 2026-27, as per the Apprenticeship Act of 1961. IIITN, recognized as an Institution of National Importance by the Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India, is supported by the Government of Maharashtra along with industry partners such as Tata Consultancy Services and Haldiram Foods International Pvt. Electrical Engineering Technician Apprentice 01 Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Technical Education Board. BE / B.Tech may also apply as per BOAT guidelines.

How to Attend the Walk-In Interview



  1. Download the prescribed application form from the official advertisement.


  2. Complete the form and bring it on the day of the Walk-In Interview.


  3. Present all original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies.


  4. Carry a valid ID proof: Aadhaar / PAN / Voter ID / Driving License / Educational Institute Certificate.


  5. SC / ST / OBC / EWS candidates must provide a current year Caste / Category Certificate in the prescribed format.


  6. Report to IIITN Nagpur Permanent Campus by 9:30 AM on 12-03-2026.


  7. After selection, register on the NATS 2.0 Portal (Student Registration) before joining the Institute.


Selection Process



  • Walk-In Interview (Offline) – Selection based on merit.


  • No TA / DA will be provided for attending the interview.


  • Candidates who appeared on 24-02-2026 & 25-02-2026 need NOT attend again.
