Educational Requirements for IBPS RRB 15th Recruitment

















































Position Title Eligibility Criteria
Office Assistant (Multipurpose)



  • Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university is required.


  • Proficiency in the local language as specified by the participating RRB.


  • Desirable: Basic computer skills.
Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)



  • Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university is required.


  • Preference for degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Veterinary Science, etc.


  • Proficiency in the local language as specified by the participating RRB.


  • Desirable: Basic computer skills.
Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer)



  • Graduation with at least 50% marks from a recognized university is required.


  • Preference for degrees in Banking, Finance, Marketing, etc.


  • 2 years of experience as an officer in a bank or financial institution.
Officer Scale-II (CA)



  • CA qualification from ICAI India is required.


  • 1 year of experience as a Chartered Accountant.
Officer Scale-II (Law)



  • Degree in Law with at least 50% marks from a recognized university is required.


  • 2 years of experience as an advocate or law officer in banks.
Officer Scale-II (Marketing)



  • MBA in Marketing from a recognized university is required.


  • 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
Officer Scale-II (Treasury Manager)



  • CA or MBA in Finance from a recognized university is required.


  • 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
Officer Scale-II (Agriculture)



  • Graduation in Agriculture or related fields from a recognized university is required.


  • 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
Officer Scale-II (IT)



  • Graduation in IT or related fields with at least 50% marks is required.
