Haryana D.El.Ed Admission 2026-28: The Haryana School Education Department has officially announced the admission notification for the D.El.Ed (JBT) program for the 2026 session. This is an excellent opportunity for those aspiring to become primary teachers in Haryana. The online application process will commence on May 4, 2026, and will remain open until June 26, 2026. Candidates from Haryana and outside are eligible to apply.

The admission process will be conducted by SCERT Haryana, Gurugram, and selections will be based solely on 10+2 merit (stream-wise). There will be no entrance examination. In Haryana, the D.El.Ed is also referred to as the D.Ed or JBT course. The application link will be active starting May 4, 2026.

Application Fee

Registration and counseling fees are non-refundable. Payments can be made via Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.

Eligibility Criteria

Both Haryana and out-of-state candidates are eligible to apply.

Stream-wise Seat Distribution

If seats remain vacant in any stream, they will be converted to other streams as per the rules.

Selection Process

The selection process for Haryana JBT Admission 2026 is straightforward and entirely merit-based. Candidates will be selected based on their 12th Class marks percentage. The merit list will be prepared stream-wise and category-wise. No entrance exam will be conducted.

Counseling & Admission Process

Admissions will occur through multiple rounds of online counseling:

1. Register on the official website and fill out the application form.
2. A college-wise merit list will be released.
3. Download the provisional allotment letter.
4. Report to the allotted institute to confirm admission.
5. Options can be changed in subsequent counseling rounds.
