Guruji disappeared from school without taking leave
Educational disorder: Schools have opened after a long gap of 11 months. However, the number of children in schools remained low. But the teachers of the respective schools remained missing. The missing teachers did not inform the institution heads. Even after a long period of vacation, the trend of teachers is not serious about schools. This is the reason that the entire staff did not reach the schools on the first day of school opening.
Talking about the Government Higher Secondary School in Thakurtola, Gram Panchayat of the region, there are a staff of 12 teachers, who teach 407 children from class IX to class XII. Around 100 children came to school on the first day. At the same time, six of the 12 teachers were absent from school. On asking the Principal in-charge, he said that six teachers have not come to school. Teachers have not even applied for the leave.
Teachers are not interested
Schools had been locked for a long time due to the Corona infection. Teachers were teaching children from home. But after the school opened, the teacher did not consider it appropriate to attend school. Not only this, the teachers who were absent did not even inform their departmental officers. According to the information received, on the first day of opening of the school, teachers Ramesh Vaishnav, Yogendra Singh Rajput, Rajesh Kumar Rajput, Lilendra Verma, Dinesh Deshmukh, Hiteshwar Nirmalkar went missing.
