The changes in education due to Kovid-19 will continue even further. In the Union Budget 2021 education budget, the entire focus of the government will be on hybrid education. According to sources, the Union Ministry of Education is now focusing on linking education with technology after the epidemic. Under this, a special provision has been demanded in the budget for hybrid education from the Union Finance Ministry under the Union Budget 2021. The objective is to continue online classes with traditional classrooms even after the opening of schools and colleges from the 2021 session.

Under this, special courses have to be prepared. It will have both online and offline modes. This means that both the classroom and online will be taught from a syllabus based course. For this, online library, lab to classrooms have to be converted into smart classrooms.
Apart from this, special training campaign is also to be started to get teachers connected with technology. To connect the students with employment from schools, training in skill development, new courses like artificial intelligence, internships etc. have to be done. In the Union Budget 2020, more than one lakh crore rupees was received for education. However in the Union Budget 2021, it is likely to reach 125 lakh crore.
Research, Innovation and Startup
The budget is also expected to increase in the budget of research, innovation and startups. In fact, the National Education Technology Forum and the National Research Foundation will start work under the new Education Policy 2020 from the session 2021. To implement this, setup has to be done in all educational institutions.

Upgradation of government schools: In the
new education policy 2020, government schools up to eighth and 10th grades are to be upgraded to 12th standard. These government schools will be connected to smart classrooms under quality improvement. That is, students from cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai will be educated online through subject matter technology.
It also includes a TV channel scheme per class. That is, to give equal opportunity to students of first to 12th grades through radio and TV. Arrangements will be made to provide devices for online studies to board examiners of government schools and students of economically weaker sections.
Schools will join Panchayats
The government can make such a provision in the budget that rural and remote schools can be connected through panchayats. In this, the panchayat can connect through radio, TV and computer to continue their studies at their level.
