COMEDK 2023 registration deadline extended; check new schedule

The deadline for registration for the Undergraduate Entrance Test (UGET) 2023, conducted by the Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK), has been extended until April 27.
 

The deadline for registration for the Undergraduate Entrance Test (UGET) 2023, conducted by the Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK), has been extended until April 27. Candidates who have not yet registered for the exam can visit comedk.org, the official website, to fill out their application forms. The COMEDK UGET 2023 is scheduled for May 28. The application correction window will be open from 10 AM on April 26 until 11:55 PM on April 29. Admit cards for UGET will be available for download between May 18 and May 28 from the official website. The provisional answer key will be published on May 30, followed by the final answer key on June 6, with the results set to be released on June 10.

To be eligible for COMEDK UGET 2023, candidates must have passed their Class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognised institute, with physics, chemistry, and mathematics, and English as a mandatory subject during the last two years. General category candidates must have secured a minimum of 45 per cent qualifying marks in physics, chemistry, and mathematics combined. The minimum marks are 40 per cent for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates from Karnataka state.

To apply for COMEDK UGET 2023,

  • candidates should visit comedk.org and click on the registration link.
  • They need to provide the necessary information in the application form,
  • upload any required documents,
  • pay the application fee of Rs 1,800, and download the confirmation page for future reference.
  • Candidates who are applying for both programs will be charged a higher application fee of Rs 2,800.

Before beginning the registration process, candidates should have the following documents ready: a recent photograph and the candidate's signature, a unique identification proof of the applicant, the candidate's SSLC/10th marks card, the signature of the aspirant's parents, and a unique identification proof of the candidate's parents.
