A Stellar Performance
Nikhil Kumar, a resident of Jaiprakash Marg in Hazaribagh, attended Angels High School in his locality. Surpassing all expectations, Nikhil secured the highest score in the Arts stream for Class 12, making his parents and school proud. Interestingly, Nikhil had also clinched the top position in his school during the Class 10 exams, foreshadowing his brilliance.

The Man Behind the Marks
Nikhil shared insights into his study routine and aspirations. Despite achieving exceptional results, Nikhil revealed that he dedicated only three to four hours of study each day. He emphasized the importance of consistent daily study habits and advised fellow students to regularly review their school and extra class materials. Nikhil specifically recommended Arts students to focus on studying from NCERT books for comprehensive understanding.

Dreams and Determination
Nikhil's ambition to become an IAS officer has been his driving force since childhood. Despite excelling in the Class 10 exams, Nikhil consciously chose the Arts stream over Science, allowing himself more time to prepare for his ultimate goal. Despite contrary suggestions, Nikhil remained steadfast in his decision, driven by his unwavering dream. His father, Suresh Prajapati, attested to Nikhil's exceptional academic prowess and determination.

CBSE Class 12 Results: Overview
The CBSE declared the Class 12 results for 2024 on May 13, showcasing remarkable performances by students across the country. Over 24,000 students achieved scores above 95 per cent, while more than 1.16 lakh students scored above 90 per cent. Once again, girls outperformed boys, with a pass percentage of 91.52 compared to 81.12 per cent for boys.

Examination Details
The Class 10 and 12 board exams were conducted from February 15 to March 13 and February 15 to April 2, respectively. Each exam was held in a single session lasting two to three hours, depending on the subject. Exam timings ranged from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm or from 1:30 pm onwards.
